Soulja Boy RIPPED By Military Vet For Anti-Army Rap

A proud military veteran is demanding an apology from Soulja Boy -- after the rapper posted a video saying, "f**k the army troops."

Soulja ignited a wave of controversy this week over his new song, "Let's Be Real" -- which includes the lyrics:

"F**k the FBI and the army troops ... fighting for what? Be your own man ...
... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan."

 Fred A. Flores -- a retired Marine who is now a commissioner for the L.A. County Veteran’s Advisory Commission. Flores tells us, "It's a very offensive statement ... especially with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 coming up."

Flores -- who has two children currently serving in the military -- calls Soulja "Ungrateful" ... adding, "He should apologize to ALL armed forces."

"[The rap] is very irresponsible," Flores stated ... "especially for a person who is an entertainer for the youth of our country."

Soulja Boy's rep refused to comment.

KIM KARDASHIAN SEX TAPE Porn Website Enters the Mix

With the possibility looming that the Kim Kardashian sex tape could be shelved for good, a porn website has come forward with a plan to do the exact opposite — they want to buy the rights to the tape and put it online … for free!!!

As TEENSPOT MAGAZINE first reported, a mystery buyer has approached Vivid Entertainment (which owns the rights to the tape) in an effort to buy it and remove it completely from the market.

But now Pornhub.com, which bills itself as the largest adult website on the planet, wants in on the action. In a letter to Vivid head man Steven Hirsch, the site says they are willing to offer $5 million for the tape ... considerably less than the $30 million Hirsch is asking for.

The site -- which is 100% free -- says they "respectfully disagree" with Hirsch's value of the tape, stating they feel the DVD market is "dying" and online is where it's at. 

No word yet on whether Hirsch would consider the offer. 

T.I. Accused of Tour Bus Bait and Switch

... the reason T.I. was hauled back to prison from his halfway house is that he allegedly misled prison officials into thinking he'd take a low-key mode of transportation from the prison to the halfway house -- and a tricked out tour bus isn't low-key.

Law enforcement sources say -- when a prisoner is incarcerated in a low or medium security prison ... prison officials can allow the inmate to use a private, unescorted mode of transportation to travel from the prison facility to the halfway house.

During the process of approving such a transfer, the prisoner must state specifically what mode of transportation he or she will be using.  Our sources tell us ... T.I. informed prison officials he would be taking some sort of van, but made no mention of the high-end, pimped out tour bus.

prison officials felt T.I. should have fully disclosed the nature of his party bus. Neither drugs nor alcohol were found on the bus.

And get this ... law enforcement sources tell us ... when the U.S. Marshals arrived at the halfway house to take T.I. back to prison, the halfway house honcho actually got into an argument with them, saying it was ridiculous to send him back for such an alleged violation.  But the Marshals had their orders, and took T.I. back to the pokey.

Hey ... we're guessing there wasn't a box for "Tour Bus" on the form.

T.I.'s Wife Prison Staff Took PICTURES with Us at Tour Bus!!

T.I.'s wife says  ... multiple prison officials actually saw the tour bus that picked up the rapper yesterday -- and even took photos with T.I. in front of it -- and NOBODY raised an issue.

Tameka "Tiny" Cottle says ... when the tour bus rolled up to the Arkansas prison yesterday, prison officials "Walked him over, took pics and told him good luck in life."

 ... the warden ordered T.I. back into custody after he made the trek to his halfway house, claiming T.I. only informed officials he would be traveling in a van ... and not a tricked out tour bus.

But Tiny says, "This is a bunch of bulls**t ... they should have said something before he got on the bus ... T.I. would have politely gotten into a van."

She adds, "T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know ... and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it's not gonna work! 'Cause what God got for him, can't no man take that away ... period!"

T.I. Back in Federal Custody

After only a day in the semi-real world following months in prison, T.I. is already back in federal custody.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons confirms that the rapper checked into a federal penitentiary in Atlanta last night, but would not elaborate further.

According to T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, he's back in federal custody because of an issue involving his trip from the Arkansas prison to his Atlanta halfway house on a luxury bus on Wednesday.

Sadow says, "We are awaiting the opportunity to quickly resolve whatever the issue may be that the Federal Bureau of Prisons has with T.I.'s method of transportation, bus, from Arkansas to Atlanta, so that T.I. can return to the halfway house to complete the remaining days of his sentence."

Sadow adds the issue was not drug-related.

T.I. was sentenced in October to 11 months in prison for violating his probation, but was let out early. He was to complete the rest of his sentence in the halfway house.

T.I. VH1 Cameras NOT ALLOWED at Halfway House

T.I. will not be allowed to tape his new VH1 reality show inside the walls of the halfway house where he's serving the remainder of his sentence ... a rep for the facility .

Cameras were rolling from the minute T.I. was released from an Arkansas prison Wednesday, capturing his journey from AR to the Dismas Charities halfway house in Atlanta.

But a rep for Dismas tells us .. there is “absolutely no way” the facility will allow VH1 to bring cameras INSIDE the halfway house... saying, "no, it is just not going to happen."

Too bad for the show -- because T.I. will be participating in some compelling, personal moments during his stay ... including a "faith based" program to help him transition back into the real world.

The facility seems like a pretty kick-ass place compared to prison -- with basketball courts, an exercise room, racquetball courts and even a tennis court.

And the best part -- one person at the facility tells us, "The food is pretty good."

Rihanna Sues I Got Duped Into Buying a Crappy Mansion

When you drop $6.9 million on a Beverly Hills mansion ... you expect a quality place -- but Rihanna claims all she got was a leaky piece of crap ... and she's blaming the woman she bought the home from for allegedly lying to her. 

Rihanna just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she bought a 2-story home in Bev Hills in 2009 for $6.9 mil ... after the seller claimed she was not aware of any major defects with the property.

But Rihanna claims the woman was lying -- and knew about all sorts of problems with the home ... including numerous waterproofing defects, evidence of water intrusion and other construction defects.

According to the docs, Rihanna's home was hit by a "moderate rainstorm" in January 2010 ... but because of the defects, water leaked into multiple rooms ... causing some serious damage.

Rihanna claims she got screwed -- because "the actual value of the property at the time of purchase, taking into consideration the extensive construction defects ... was millions of dollars less" than the price she paid for it.

Rihanna is now suing the former owner ... along with the inspector, the real estate agents involved with the sale, and engineers who worked on the house.

T.I. Rock Star Arrival to ATL Halfway House

Rapper T.I. -- along with a massive entourage -- arrived to an Atlanta halfway house where he'll kick it during the final month of his sentence.

T.I. made the trek from an Arkansas prison in a suped-up tour bus ... accompanied by a 4-car motorcade.

When T.I. got off the bus, he was sporting a striped polo shirt, shorts and a fancy watch.

T.I. Rapper Inks Deal for Post-Prison REALITY SHOW

Well, that didn't take long ...

Yes, hours after T.I. was released from prison, VH1 has announced the rapper is signed on for a post-prison reality show ... set to debut in December.

According to VH1, the show will follow T.I. as he "re-adjusts to life as a free man after being incarcerated for nearly a year in a Federal prison in Arkansas."

The show -- which has yet to be given a title -- promises that viewers will get an up-close and personal look as T.I. is "reunited with his wife and kids and thrust back into society at this crucial juncture in his life."

VH1 issued a press release about the show ... which posed the question, "Can the King stay on the straight and narrow while juggling the chaos of his kingdom?"

If he doesn't, T.I. could go back to prison for a long time -- but OH, THE RATINGS ... right?

Justin Bieber Minor Car Crash Honda Collides with Ferrari

Justin Bieber and his super-expensive Ferrari are both doing OK after the singer was involved in a minor fender bender in L.A. today ... this according to the LAPD.

According to police, a driver in a Honda collided with a Ferrari driven by Bieber.

Sources on the scene say that ... the Honda "tapped" Biebs so gently he didn't exchange info with the other driver.

But we're told one of Justin's peeps decided ... better safe than sorry ... and called police -- who showed up and said there wasn't enough damage to even take a report.

The good news is no one was injured. Even better news ... we're told Bieber doesn't own the Ferrari.

The Hangover 2 Ed Helms' Stunt Double Claims Set Accident Caused Brain Injuries

The man who was Ed Helms' stunt double in "The Hangover 2" is suing Warner Bros -- claiming he was badly injured during a high speed stunt-gone-wrong for the movie last year in Bangkok, Thailand.

The stunt man -- Scott McLean -- filed a lawsuit in California federal court on Tuesday ... claiming he was participating in a stunt where he had to lean out of the window of a moving truck ... when something went terribly wrong.

According to McLean, another car involved in the stunt skidded out and crashed -- resulting in a major collision.

McLean claims the stunt required "precision and timing" -- but after the stunt was underway, the stunt coordinator changed the timing ... which screwed up everything.

McLean's reps told The Hollywood Reporter he suffered, "likely permanent brain and physical injuries," including ongoing seizures, speech impediments, physical impediments, and brain trauma.

McLean is suing for unspecified damages.


 A rep for Warner Bros. said, "We were shocked and saddened by this accident and have been working closely with Scott and his family throughout his treatment and recovery."

The rep adds, "We have offered continual support since the accident occurred and we are working together to try and resolve any outstanding issues.

T.I. Released from Prison

Rapper T.I. has been released from an Arkansas prison -- and is on his way to either a community living facility or home confinement ...

T.I. was sentenced to 11 months behind bars after his drug possession arrest on the Sunset Strip back in September 2010 -- an arrest that caused law enforcement officials to revoke his probation stemming from a federal gun conviction back in 2009.

Chris Burke, spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, tells us T.I. was released ... and is "in transit" to begin the next leg of his sentence. 

T.I. checked into prison on November 1, 2010 -- and he was originally scheduled to be released on September 29.



9:09 AM: T.I.”s attorney, Jonathan Leonard, said  ... the rapper will serve the remainder of his sentence in a halfway house in Atlanta.

6:50 AM: T.I. is already back on Twitter -- and just fired off a message saying, "The storm is over & da sun back out. IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!"

He also wrote, "Feels great to be back where I belong...Back in the arms of those who need me the most."
